Kamyshlinsky waterfall

Kamyshlinsky waterfall on one of the tributaries of the Katun River is an ornament of the Altai Mountains. In summer, it crumbles into sparkling splashes, falling off a cliff, and in winter it turns into an icy mountain.
The legend of Kamyshlinsky waterfall:
In ancient times, a khan lived in Altai. There were legends about his wealth, but he had the most important treasure - a daughter named La. The most beautiful woman the world has ever seen! A herdsman named Kamysh served the khan. No matter how many suitors a girl got, she didn't like any of them. After all, she loved the shepherd Reed. Of course, the Khan was categorically against this alliance. In the end, the shepherd dared and asked the khan for his daughter's hand in marriage. In order not to directly refuse the impudent man, the khan sent him to carry out an impossible task - to destroy the rocks that held back the river, and its noise prevented Vladyka from sleeping. But Kamysh did not lose his head and went with La to the waterfall, which, according to rumors, fulfilled wishes. As a result, Khan agreed to their union and blessed the couple. The waterfall was named in honor of the lovers.
Altai legends are worth listening to. The world of spirits here is harsh and their authority is indisputable, otherwise - expect trouble.
Kamyshlinsky waterfall is named for a reason. According to some reports, the name comes from the word "kama". This means that local shamans often came here to "worship", that is, to communicate with the deities of nature. Thus, Kamyshlinsky waterfall was interpreted by many as a place of power. Do not think that the local spirits help only shamans - sometimes they condescend to tourists. The main thing is to learn how to communicate with them and properly ask for your wishes.
